Your Dog Butler was an incredible service!! I had to ship my cats across province and into a boarding facility and Your Dog Butler communicated so well with me and even helped me make more informed decisions becuase I had no idea about the whole animal flying process. They sent me photos of my cats when they arrived and called to tell me how they were doing AND sent me more photos when they arrived at the facility. Just made the experience so much less stressful!! It was best experience with Your Dog Butler. Would recommend them over and over again!!! :)Posted on Google
Anna Rozova31 August 2026Highly recommend Your Dog Butler! We had a last-minute emergency and needed a rescue dog transported from his foster home to a boarding facility. They accommodated my frantic call with only about two hours’ notice. The transport was safe and professional, communication was excellent, and I received updates throughout the entire process. It gave me tremendous peace of mind during a very stressful situation. I am incredibly grateful for their flexibility, responsiveness, and care. I would absolutely use their services again.+0Posted on Google

HW20 July 2026Your Dog Butler was very professional and timely about retrieving my new puppy from the airport. Would recommend them for anyone importing a new puppy from Europe. Mark, the driver, was very knowledgeable, and friendly.Posted on Google
Danail Genchev19 July 2026My dog came in from Europe on a plane and we both got picked up from the cargo building and transferred to the address. Everything was well timed and organized. We even had a little break for the dog to stretch her legs and relieve. Definitely recommending this service!Posted on Google
Karla Banda11 June 2026I had a great experience working with Your Dog Butler to bring my rescue cat, Freddie, from the United States to Canada. Arlene was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and guided me through all the paperwork and customs requirements. She was always quick to answer my questions and made what could have been a very stressful process feel much more manageable. Mark, the driver, was amazing as well. He kept me updated throughout the journey and made sure Freddie was doing well along the way, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Bringing a pet across the border can be overwhelming, but the whole team made the experience smooth and reassuring. Freddie arrived home safely, and I couldn't be more grateful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet transport service! Thanks again for everything :)Posted on Google
Email Place8 June 2026Here is a polished, stellar review you can post: **⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and Ultimate Integrity!** I cannot recommend Arlene and the team at Your DOG BUTLER highly enough! Even though my plans changed and I ultimately didn’t end up needing to complete the service, the experience from beginning to end was absolutely amazing. From my very first inquiry, Arlene was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. What truly set them apart was their communication—whenever I needed to connect, Arlene was immediately available on the phone to guide me through the process and answer all my questions. When I had to cancel, Arlene handled my $1,200 refund immediately and without any hassle. That level of honesty, care, and integrity is rare to find. It has been a truly great experience working with them, and I will absolutely be using Your DOG BUTLER in the future. If you want a team that genuinely cares about both you and your dog, look no further!Posted on Google

Yilin Zhang5 March 2026Amazing service throughout!! I had to relocate my Frenchie last minute after knowing it's not recommended for him to be cargo held. Arlene was incredibily quick in response and found me drivers in 1 day. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, everything was well organized and communicated. Fojan Moini23 February 2026I found your dog’s butler service very last minute on Google. I desperately needed to get my dog to a grooming appt which is not close to us in Toronto. Choosing them was the best decision. Mark was super professional, great with our dog Maple. Overall, the best service. Maple is now groomed and was also excited about the journey slept through the evening.Posted on Google
Jamie Uson16 February 2026We have used the services of Your Dog Butler for shipping our puppies, as well as grown dogs and we could not be happier with the service. Arlene goes above and beyond to find the best way to get the dog wherever you need it to go, and she’ll be up front and honest with you about feasibility and pricing. The transporters she uses are kind to the animals, experienced, and comfortable handling our crazy working dogs. If you’re shipping dogs using anyone else, you’re using the wrong shipper.Load more
