NYC to Toronto - Incredible last-minute service!
I cannot recommend Arlene and the team at Your Dog Butler highly enough! We needed to ship our 10-month-old Labrador Retriever from NYC to Toronto last minute. After contacting several services, Your Dog Butler was the only one to respond.

Even though it was late Friday heading into Labor Day weekend, Arlene worked over the weekend to coordinate everything so our dog could make his journey on Wednesday of the following week. It was a complex trip with a lot of moving parts - our dog couldn't meet up with my son in Toronto until Friday morning. Arlene "joined all the dots" for us, organizing overnight stays in Buffalo and Toronto to align the timing perfectly.

Thank you so much, Arlene, and the Your Dog Butler crew for getting our boy safely to Toronto meet up with my son!

Your Dog Butler was an incredible service!! I had to ship my cats across province and into a boarding facility and Your Dog Butler communicated so well with me and even helped me make more informed decisions becuase I had no idea about the whole animal flying process. They sent me photos of my cats when they arrived and called to tell me how they were doing AND sent me more photos when they arrived at the facility. Just made the experience so much less stressful!! It was best experience with Your Dog Butler. Would recommend them over and over again!!! :)

Owner's reply
Thank you kindly Brittany. It was great to work with you to ensure your cats arrived safely and stress free, we look forward to assisting again and again.

Highly recommend Your Dog Butler! We had a last-minute emergency and needed a rescue dog transported from his foster home to a boarding facility. They accommodated my frantic call with only about two hours’ notice.
The transport was safe and professional, communication was excellent, and I received updates throughout the entire process. It gave me tremendous peace of mind during a very stressful situation.
I am incredibly grateful for their flexibility, responsiveness, and care. I would absolutely use their services again.

Owner's reply
Anna, thank you so much for your kind words! We could not be happier that we were able to assist you so swiftly with your emergency. Everything worked out great and now the dog is whrere he needs to be.

Trip from Toronto to Kawarthas
This company is a game changer. Took so much stress out of travelling this summer as a dog owner, and we will definitely book again. Mark, our driver, was great. The car was comfortable and well set up. And everything about booking was easy and straightforward. Strongly recommend.

My dog came in from Europe on a plane and we both got picked up from the cargo building and transferred to the address. Everything was well timed and organized. We even had a little break for the dog to stretch her legs and relieve. Definitely recommending this service!

Owner's reply
Thank you, Danail, for sharing your experience! I'm glad to hear that the transfer was smooth and considerate for both you and your dog. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to assisting you in the future!

I had a great experience working with Your Dog Butler to bring my rescue cat, Freddie, from the United States to Canada. Arlene was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and guided me through all the paperwork and customs requirements. She was always quick to answer my questions and made what could have been a very stressful process feel much more manageable.
Mark, the driver, was amazing as well. He kept me updated throughout the journey and made sure Freddie was doing well along the way, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
Bringing a pet across the border can be overwhelming, but the whole team made the experience smooth and reassuring. Freddie arrived home safely, and I couldn't be more grateful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet transport service! Thanks again for everything :)

Owner's reply
Karla thank you so much for your gratitude and gracious words. We hope you enjoy Freddie, he seems to be a perfect cat. It’s always nice to see when a rescue gets a second chance with a warm and welcoming family.

Here is a polished, stellar review you can post:
**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and Ultimate Integrity!**
I cannot recommend Arlene and the team at Your DOG BUTLER highly enough! Even though my plans changed and I ultimately didn’t end up needing to complete the service, the experience from beginning to end was absolutely amazing.
From my very first inquiry, Arlene was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. What truly set them apart was their communication—whenever I needed to connect, Arlene was immediately available on the phone to guide me through the process and answer all my questions.
When I had to cancel, Arlene handled my $1,200 refund immediately and without any hassle. That level of honesty, care, and integrity is rare to find. It has been a truly great experience working with them, and I will absolutely be using Your DOG BUTLER in the future. If you want a team that genuinely cares about both you and your dog, look no further!

Owner's reply
Thank you kindly for this glowing review. I am so sorry that your plans had to change due to circumstances beyond your control. I wish you and Junior all the best and happy to assist should you need a pet relocation in the future.
