I had to ship my cats across province and into a boarding facility and Your Dog Butler communicated so well with me and even helped me make more informed decisions becuase I had no idea about the whole animal flying process. They sent me photos of my cats when they arrived and called to tell me how they were doing AND sent me more photos when they arrived at the facility. Just made the experience so much less stressful!! Highly recommend Your Dog Butler! We had a last-minute emergency and needed a rescue dog transported from his foster home to a boarding facility. They accommodated my frantic call with only about two hours’ notice.
The transport was safe and professional, communication was excellent, and I received updates throughout the entire process. It gave me tremendous peace of mind during a very stressful situation.

Arlene was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and guided me through all the paperwork and customs requirements. She was always quick to answer my questions and made what could have been a very stressful process feel much more manageable.
Mark, the driver, was amazing as well. He kept me updated throughout the journey and made sure Freddie was doing well along the way, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
Bringing a pet across the border can be overwhelming, but the whole team made the experience smooth and reassuring. Freddie arrived home safely, and I couldn't be more grateful. I had to relocate my Frenchie last minute after knowing it's not recommended for him to be cargo held. Arlene was incredibily quick in response and found me drivers in 1 day. I desperately needed to get my dog to a grooming appt which is not close to us in Toronto.  Choosing them was the best decision.  Mark was super professional, great with our dog Maple. Arlene goes above and beyond to find the best way to get the dog wherever you need it to go, and she’ll be up front and honest with you about feasibility and pricing.
